Frequently asked questions

FAQ – the essentials up front.

Can I reach you outside of business hours too?

We're normally in the garage during regular business hours. For events or races we update our online calendar – which is why booking your bike drop-off or service appointment online is the easiest option for both sides.

What is an on-the-spot appointment?

Your bike is serviced during your visit – you can wait on-site or run errands in the area. Depending on the effort, your bike is ready to ride in about 30 minutes to a few hours. Please let us know about any damage or repair requests in advance so we can be prepared.

Suspension components & hydraulics?

We repair forks, shocks and brakes right here on site – express service within 48 hours, drawing on our racing experience.

Do you sell bikes?

Yes – after a detailed consultation, so the bike really fits you. We work with Merida, Bianchi, Orbea, Ridley, Haro, Nukeproof, Propain and KU-Bikes.

Canyon, Radon, Rose?

We are a service partner and handle the first service and warranty processing. We don't sell or offer test bikes of these brands – those are available only online or from the brands themselves.

Bikes bought online in for a service?

Yes, all bikes are welcome! We are brand-independent and specialise in service & repair – whether it's a kids' bike, MTB, road bike, E-Bike or trekking bike. We also assemble mail-order bikes.

Bike fitting on-site & online?

Depending on your complaint or goal: a comprehensive or a topic-specific fitting. Small adjustments (e.g. saddle optimisation) during advisory appointments; for hand, foot or knee complaints we recommend an extensive, holistic bike fitting.

Which payment methods?

Cash, card payment (credit and debit cards) and PayPal.
