Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about riding-technique training

Who is a riding technique course suitable for?
For everyone who wants to ride more safely and more relaxed – from beginners and returning riders to nervous riders and ambitious MTB or Gravel riders. You don't have to be an athlete; we meet you at your level.
What do you learn in a riding-technique course?
The foundation for safe, crash-free riding: correct basic position, braking and cornering technique, where to look, obstacles and steps, balance at low speed. Skills that take away fear and build confidence – on the trail, on gravel and in everyday riding.
Does a course help with fear on the bike?
Yes – that's exactly what it's for. In small, manageable steps you build confidence rather than overwhelming yourself. Many notice after just one course how much more relaxed and secure they feel out on the trail.
Do I need my own bike and gear?
Best to come with your own bike and helmet – that way you practise directly on the gear you ride. Tell us what you have when you enquire, and we'll sort out the rest.
Is there one-on-one and group training, including for women?
Yes – one-on-one training for your individual pace, plus group and women's courses for a safe, relaxed setting. For MTB and Gravel, from your first trail to the bike park.
