Frequently asked questions about our corporate service

From how many employees or JobRads is the pop-up workshop worthwhile?
Roughly from about 7 JobRad riders at a site, an on-site appointment really pays off – depending on how far the trip to us would be. That way, many employees save the individual trip to the workshop. We take a look at your numbers and suggest a suitable rhythm. Smaller teams work too – e.g. bundled with a health day.
What does the company service cost?
That depends on scope and frequency (one-off, quarterly, a fixed schedule). You'll get a transparent quote up front – often the employer covers the on-site visit, while the employee pays for the actual repair as usual. Just get in touch with your location and roughly how many bikes are involved.
Which bikes are serviced on site?
All of them: JobRad, company bikes, leased and privately owned bikes, E-Bikes and non-electric bikes – regardless of brand and where you bought them. From a quick inspection to repairs, as far as we can do on the go; bigger jobs we take back to the workshop.
How does an appointment work?
We agree the date and process with you, announce it internally (sign-up list), come to your site with a mobile workshop and work through the bikes while your people work. At the end there's a short overview of what was done.
Do you also handle the JobRad/leasing inspection?
Yes. We carry out the required inspections for Jobrad, company bikes and leasing right here on site or in the workshop – fully documented, so the leasing requirements are met.
Do you also offer health days or team events?
Yes – from a pop-up workshop at your health day to a genuine cycling experience for your team through Business Cycling, and for holistic corporate health management in cooperation with BrandauPerformance. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll put it together.
