Frequently asked questions about E-Scooter service

Do you repair E-Scooters of all brands, including cheap online models?
Yes. We service E-Scooters regardless of brand and where you bought them. With very cheap no-name models, spare-part availability can be tricky – we'll tell you honestly upfront, so you don't invest in a dead end.
Do you also work on the battery?
We check the battery, charging port, wiring and contacts and replace faulty standard components. With lithium-ion batteries, safety comes first – for good reason we don't repair damaged or swollen batteries, but advise you on a safe replacement.
Do you also service the seated e-scooters / e-mopeds (up to 45 km/h)?
Right now we focus on E-scooter / e-kick-scooter (stand-up scooters with German type approval). Seated e-scooters/e-mopeds are legally motor vehicles and work differently – just ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or point you elsewhere.
Does the operating permit (ABE) stay valid?
It's important to us that your E-Scooter stays road-legal: we only replace safety-relevant parts with suitable, approved components. We don't carry out modifications that would jeopardise the type approval (e.g. tuning the top speed).
What does an E-Scooter repair cost?
That depends on the fault. Small jobs like a tyre we handle quickly; for bigger repairs we give you a transparent estimate up front – no surprises. Easiest way: send us a quick WhatsApp with a few photos.
