How often should I have my fork and shock serviced?
As a guideline: a basic service every 125–200 operating hours or once per season, depending on use. Frequent riders, bike park and MX need service more often, occasional riders less so. What matters is regular oil and seal care – that keeps the suspension smooth and prevents expensive wear.
How do I tell that my suspension needs a service?
Typical signs: the suspension no longer responds smoothly, becomes jerky or noisy, loses air, oil seeps out at the stanchions or the full travel is no longer used. That's the point where a service pays off at the latest – you'll often notice the difference straight away.
What does a fork or shock service cost?
For guidance: basic service up to approx. 145 €, cartridge service up to approx. 220 €, flow tuning on request – depending on model and effort. We inspect your suspension component and get back to you in advance with the exact quote, no surprises.
How long does a service take?
Usually 2–3 days at most – considerably faster than the weeks-long shipping many shops rely on, because we service forks, shocks and hydraulics in-house get done. On-the-spot appointments during your visit are possible for smaller jobs.
Which brands do you service?

Do you also do MX/motocross suspension?
Yes – shocks, forks and suspension plus a full setup, from downhill through Enduro to MX racing, tuned to your riding style and drawn from racing practice.
Can I send in my suspension?
Yes. Fill out the service form, wait for a proposed appointment or book online, send the component to us with a delivery note (or bring the bike by) – we do the work and send it back finished, or you pick it up.
